Northland Pioneer College - Winslow Head Start Site Improvements

Northland Pioneer College (NPC) plans to add a new building to its Winslow Campus. The new educational building will be a Head Start that will include two new classrooms for younger, developing children. The NPC campus is located on Bales Ave, just north of 3rd street in Winslow. The building will be on the northeast corner of the campus. The improvements for this site include the addition of a 2,400sqft building, new sidewalks, and a new 18-spot parking lot which includes 2 ADA concrete parking stalls. The project also includes the extension of an 8” water line from Bales Avenue to the site, extension of existing sewer line. Overhead power will be by APS and natural gas service will be by Unisource Gas. Site improvements include site prep and paving for the asphalt parking lot, concrete curbs, transitions, ADA ramps, concrete sidewalks around the building. Fencing and playground equipment are furnished and installed by NACOG.
