Description

Install new vinyl bulkhead (approximately 280 linear feet), complete with walers, cap, and necessary components, in front of existing timber bulkhead materials. Demolish and remove existing bulkhead materials where required. Provide new tie-backs for vinyl wall and backfill to provide uniform grade. Installation of new vinyl bulkhead will require removal of miscellaneous features and vegetation in the construction area. Existing stairs located at the South end of bulkhead shall be removed and disposed of and new stairs reconstructed. Existing aluminum gangway to floating docks will require modification to be removed and reinstalled. Tree removal shall be performed where required.
