Retaining Wall Improvements

1. Field verify existing conditions and notify Laconia Housing of any deviations from plans and specifications. 2. Install silt sacks as needed to protect existing drainage system 3. Install orange snow fence around perimeter of site 4. Place jersey barrier along upper parking lot to protect vehicular and pedestrian traffic 5. Sawcut and strip asphalt 6. Remove and dispose existing guardrail 7. Sawcut and remove top of existing CIP retaining wall to elevation specified in plan sheets 8. Install modular block retaining wall to manufactures specifications. 9. Apply Sikagard – 550W Elastocolor or approved equal to concrete surfaces 10. Furnish and install gravels for concrete walks and pavement as shown in plans (pavement to be released under a separate contract) 11. Provided and place reinforced concrete sidewalks 12. Furnish and install wood guardrail as shown on plan sheets 13. Furnish and install 4’-6” pedestrian fence to match existing 14. Loam and seed all disturbed areas 15. Leave gravel in unpaved areas flush with adjacent pavement 16. Clean site back to its original condition
