Description

The Town of Braintree seeks bids for the Middle Street Monatiquot River Trail Construction Project. The Scope of Work includes construction of an elevated boardwalk and an at-grade stone dust trail Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Bid deposits, Performance Bond and Payment Bonds are required DBE goals and EEO policies of the Town of Braintree are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of five percent (5%) D/MBE participation or D/WBE participation or any combination of the two. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all bids
