| Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. [0 1-1010-1] Awarded contractors shall furnish all labor and materials to provide swimming pool maintenance services to four (4) of Richland County Recreation Commission swimming pools. Successful Bidders shall have a minimum of (2) years commercial experience working on a contract or project of this size or larger. Start date: 04/01/2023 - End date: 03/31/2024. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period. This contract is for an initial term of one (1) year with the possibility of up to four (4) additional, one (1) year renewals.
