| Description | Project consists of but not limited to: 1. Remove existing sliding aluminum doors at main entrance vestibule. 2. Remove existing walls, doors, floor finishes and other components shown on the drawings at current customer service area. 3. Remove portions of wall finishes and existing carpeting at auditorium as shown in the drawings to accommodate new floor installation. 4. Remove existing office cubicles at engineering department to accommodate new work. 5. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 6. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal and Local Codes and Regulations. 7. Disconnect and reconnect all existing Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Equipment, Devices, Fixtures, Piping, Conduit and Wiring etc. as required to perform the work. All work to be performed by appropriate licensed tradesman. Obtain permits as required. Disconnect and Reconnect the following: 8. Install new sliding aluminum storefront doors at main entrance vestibule 9. Install new reception desk. 10. New customer service area. 11. Infill floor in auditorium and install new communications and presentation equipment. 12. New offices in engineering department with new carpeting, lighting and communications network. 13. New office area to replace existing gym. 14. New ACT ceiling in lobby and customer service area. 15.
