Demolition and Site Clearing of 130 Home Sites

Question Deadline 06/21/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Direct all questions regarding the bid, specifications, exhibits and the submission of bids to Ruben Calderon, Contract Specialist, at: ruben.calderon.proc@gric.nsn.us. A Bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each Bid. The Bid security must be in the form of cash deposit, a certified or bank check made payable to the Community, or a bid bond issued by a solvent surety licensed to do business in the state in which the project is located and from a Treasury Listed type "A" Company. The Bid security of the successful Contractor will be retained until the Contractor has executed the Construction Agreement, furnished the required contract security and certificates of insurance, and met the other conditions regarding award of the contract, whereupon the Bid security will be returned.
