Government Annex Parking Garage Repairs

Certain specifications related to the scope of the proposed work in this solicitation are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 119.071, Florida Statutes. Below is the current schedule of the events that will take place as part of this solicitation. The County reserves the right to make changes or alterations to the schedule as the County determines is in the best interests of the public. If the bidder is operating under a fictitious name as defined in Section 865.09, Florida Statutes, proof of current registration with the Florida Secretary of State shall be submitted with the bid. A business formed by an attorney actively licensed to practice law in this state, by a person actively licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation or the Department of Health for the purpose of practicing his or her licensed profession, or by any corporation, partnership, or other commercial entity that is actively organized or registered with the Department of State shall submit a copy of the current licensing from the appropriate agency and/or proof of current active status with the Division of Corporations of the State of Florida Question Submission Deadline June 22, 2023, 5:00pm(06/22/2023)
