Interior/exterior repairs located within Rocks State Park - Hill Grove Pump House at 4000 St. Claire Bridge Road, Jarrettsville, Harford County, MD 21084. Drain existing waterlines and pressure storage tank. Remove and replace (1) one 119 gallon water storage tank and all interior waterline piping, water meter, valves, controls necessary to connect from the existing water pump to existing treatment devices to ensure proper working order. Remove and replace all conduit, junction boxes, wiring and electrical devices, hangers, etc. from interior. Remove and replace one ceiling mounted heater. Remove and replace one 4' ceiling light fixture with new LED light fixture. Remove and replace one door and associated framing. Prepare and apply 2 coats of water proof coating to all interior and exterior surfaces (approximately 800 square feet). Test upon completion. Remove and dispose of all excess materials and debris.
