| Description | The Contractor shall Inspect and Service Portable and Fixed standby Generators. The work described shall be performed by trained, qualified technicians in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The maintenance shall consist of three (3) minor and one (1) major inspection per generator per year; and one load bank test annually. Contractor will check in with the COR or Facility Maintenance Supervisor each day before starting work. All items listed below with be completed every quarterly unless specified otherwise. The service will be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm |
