Construction Of The Lovettsville Fire And Rescue Station

The Project proposes construction of a one (1) story structure including four (4) apparatus bays, apparatus support spaces, bunk rooms, administrative offices, shower and locker areas, kitchen, dining, and mechanical mezzanine floor. The General Contractor shall be responsible for safety and security of neighboring residents, Loudoun County staff, and the public throughout the project construction phase. The Lovettsville Fire & Rescue Station is located within a residential area; therefore, adherence to all local and state ordinances for work hours and noise levels shall be strictly enforced. The existing adjacent Volunteer Fire & Rescue station facility shall remain in full operation without any interruptions during the entire construction phase of the new Lovettsville Fire & Rescue Station project.
