| Description | There are approximately 137 detention ponds owned by the Town of Southington. The Town shall be broken into quadrants, and one quadrant shall be completed each year (2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025). Work in 2025 must be completed prior to June 30. Descriptions of each quadrant with estimated detention pond quantities are as follows. Quadrant 1 - North of Berlin Street & East of Route 10 31 detention ponds Quadrant 2 - South of Berlin Street & East of Route 10 32 detention ponds Quadrant 3 - South of West Center Street & West of Route 10 32 detention ponds Quadrant 4 - North of West Center Street & West of Route 10 42 detention ponds. |
