| Description | -Remove existing carpet. Encapsulate current floors. There is no asbestos in the flooring. -Install 6: rubber base throughout; 4” base under casework where needed -Flooring type: Global Entry Matuto C0008 Mohawk Group-Hard Surface Resilient LVT (Sereno, all one color) -All offices with carpeted areas will be a part of this project. All bathrooms, in classrooms and main building bathrooms will be part of this project. Bathrooms should have new Epoxy flooring. -No storage rooms or electrical rooms will be part of this project. -Cafeteria dining room only will be included in this project. This areas should have new Epoxy flooring. Install new stair nosings for stage located in cafeteria. -Install anti-microbial sheet vinyl in the Nurse’s station (welded seams) -Contractor shall remove all debris, complete clean up. The District will complete all the moving. |
