A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal of the existing 19,528 square feet of roofing membrane down to the existing roof sheathing. Install 19,528 of new 80 mil single ply roofing membrane over 2 of new rigid insulation over new 7/16 roof sheathing. Add alternate includes installing gutters and downspouts.
