The Scope of Work follows this page. Contractors who wish to access the property, prior to submitting bids can attend a pre-bid site visit at the time stated above. Do not visit the site without an appointment. Failure to attend a pre-bid meeting will not relieve the firm of any responsibility for information provided during the pre-bid meeting. All bids shall be signed & dated in ink in the space provided as follows: A person having such legal authority from said firm, partnership or corporation must sign bids and the person signing the bid shall providetheirname and title, in addition to the name and address of the firm, partnership or corporation. The County will select the lowest qualified bid and prepare a Contract to be executed by all parties. Work is expected to start two (2) weeks after contracts are fully executed.
