Concrete: Concrete repair will include surface prep (pressure washing to remove all dirt, debris and loose coating), 1st coat of specified epoxy, Stripe Coat (Wall Cracks), 2nd coat of specified epoxy or acrylate, 3rd coat of epoxy or acrylate, and caulking. Specifications for the amount of coating and coating type will be based on the results of tank inspection reports provided by the City. Interior Concrete: Damaged concrete repair may include removing the existing concrete that is deteriorated such as areas with exposed rebar. Rebar must be cleaned and concrete screws must be used in open surface of sound concrete and wrap screws with wire to ensure a mechanical with the patch mortar. Repair concrete areas with EucoRepair V100 low shrinkage, fiber reinforced repair mortar. Surface prep: Fill any voids or imperfections as needed with a 100% Solid Modified Polyamine Epoxy as needed. The surface shall be clean and dry before painting. Interior Piping: Interior piping shall include surface prep for all internal steel piping, prime coat, stripe coat, intermediate coat, and finish coat.
