If bidders wish to purchase a USB Flash Drive with an electronic version or printed copies of the Contract Documents, they may be obtained through Avalon at their own expense. Only official planholders will be allowed to obtain a USB Flash Drive with an electronic version or printed copies of the Contract Documents. Full-size drawings are on 24" x 36" paper. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office (via Avalon Plan Room) and are duly registered on the List of Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Utica has established a combined Thirty percent (30%) M/WBE goal for these projects. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids.
