Akron Care Center Room Bid Packages (01) thru (07) - Pre-Qualifications for Subcontractors

Furnish all labor, material and equipment required to accomplish the construction described in the specifications, indicated on the plans, and per the schedule. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of an approximately 18,000 SF addition to the Akron Care Center facility. The shell consists of CIP concrete, stone, siding, windows, asphalt shingles, membrane roofing with slab on grade floor. The interior finishes will be gypsum wall board, flooring products, acoustical ceiling system, p-lam casework and trim. Proposals will be submitted electronically to Construction Manager Beckenhauer Construction Company at jmahaney@beckenhauercconstruction.com or hand delivered to Akron Care Center (the Center), 991 IA-3, Akron, IA 51001, Attention: BCI on or before TBD day of May, 2023 at 2:00 PM and opened the same day at 4:00 PM in the Akron Care Center Room (TBD) for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for Bid Packages (01) thru (07). The proposals will be presented to and considered by the Center during a meeting on TBD, 2023 in Room (TBD) of Akron Care Center. Such proposals received will be acted upon at such time and place or at such later time and place as may then be fixed A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on April (TBD), 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Akron Care Center. Attendees will gather in (TBD). This is not a mandatory meeting for submitting a bid.
