Description

The project consists of repairing damaged asphalt, applying a tack coat meeting the requirements of MNDOT 2357, and placing a 2-inch wearing course overlay consisting of type 41 as specified in MNDOT 2360. The main construction items are: a. Repair damaged asphalt, approximately 175 square yards. b. Sweep asphalt surface c. Apply Tack Coat d. Furnishing and placing 2 inch wearing course overlay, approximately 2,190 square yards. e. Furnish and place new 2 inch wearing course, not to exceed 110 square yards. f. Level/slope new asphalt surface with existing adjacent terrain with topsoil. g. Remove and replace concrete parking curbs.
