Description

The project site is located on the southern portion of the Oakland Avenue Charter School property located at 456 East Oakland Avenue in the Town of Oakland, Florida. The site is relatively level and undeveloped with surface vegetation consisting of mowed grass. Based on information provided to us, we understand it is planned to design and construct an approximate 20 ft. x 16 ft. lift station with an 8 foot diameter wet well extending to a depth of approximately 20 feet.
