Fire Door and Frames Replacement

**As of September 11, 2023, project was awarded Triple E Construction, awarded amount is 157,511 (Fire Doors) 7,456 (WVHS Stage)** This request for quotes (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for materials and installation of metal and wood exterior fire doors and frames at multiples district locations. The specific project provisions can be found in Attachment A. All bids must conform to the requirements presented in the Instructions to Bidders and Attachment A of this RFQ. To facilitate evaluation, all bids must be submitted on the form provided in this document as Attachment B. Bids not in conformity may be rejected. Additional brochures and descriptive material may be included. The Bradley County Board of Education reserves the right to use judgement factors in determining which proposal shall be in its best interest, and exercise of that judgement shall be binding upon all companies submitting bids. Bids must be submitted on form provided with these instructions, Attachment B. Bids must be submitted per the specifications for each item. Bidders must supply Bradley County Schools with a Certificate of Liability Insurance. 4. In making the award, the Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board also reserves the right to consider factors other than the lowest price submitted. Bidders agree, by their signature appearing on the bid form, to the Board's right to be the final judge in the award of this bid. Any bid which does not comply with the bidding conditions and specifications shall be considered unacceptable. 5. Bradley County Schools shall have at least twenty (20) days from the date of the invoice in which to pay for each completed service.
