Hurley Building, 19 Staniford Street,Boston, MA to follow. Second Site Visit on 03/02/2022 at 9:00 AM at MITC Building, 200 Arlington St., Chelsea, MA. Third Site Visit on 03/03/2022 at 9:00 AM at Pittsfield State Office Building, 333 East St., Pittsfield, MA followed by the Springfield State Office Bldg., 436 Dwight St., Springfield, MA at 11:30 AM and at the Springfield Data Center, 53 Elliot St., Springfield, MA at 12:30 PM. Access Control System Upgrades in Certain State Facilities, Boston, Chelsea, Springfield, and Pittsfield, MA. This project consists of upgrades/modifications to Electronic Access Control Systems in the following DCAMM buildings: McCormack Building, Charles F. Hurley Building, MITC Building, Pittsfield State Office Building, Springfield Data Center, and Springfield State Office Building. Category of Work: Electronic Security Systems. General Bidders must be certified by DCAMM for no less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable.
