Any authorized changes to this solicitation will be made in writing by issuing an amendment(s) to the offerors. Offerors shall acknowledge the amendment(s) in block 19 of SF Form 1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with the offer. -Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -Projects under the resulting Protective Coating contract will consist of construction work based on the Specifications (attachment 1) and be furthered defined within each individual task order. Work to be performed under the Protective Coating contract will be within NAICS code 238320. -Size Standard: $16,500,000.00 -Classification Code: Z - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property. -Projects under the resulting Protective Coating contract will consist of construction work based on the Specifications (attachment 1) and be furthered defined within each individual task order. - A site visit will be held on 22 July 2022 at 9:00 A.MCST. Meet up location will be outside Bldg. 707 at Goodfellow AFB, TX 76908. Please see Attachment 8 - BAL Template, this attachment is to be submitted before 20 July 2022 at 2:00 PM CST if interested in attending the site visit. -Request for Information will be due on 27 July 2022 at 2:00 PM CST.
