Hazardous Materials Abatement and Demolition for Tony's Building Property

The Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency is requesting proposals for hazardous materials abatement and demolition services from qualified Proposers for the Tony's Building Property at 401-407 East 2nd Street. All work must be conducted in accordance with the contract documents. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished by the Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency and shall bear the signature of the Proposer. The Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public proposal procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the Agency it is in the public interest to do so. The Agency also reserves the right to waive any informality in connection with said proposal or to postpone the award of the contract for sixty days. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident proposer as defined by ORS 279A.120. No proposal may be withdrawn after the time set for the proposal opening, or before the award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days.
