A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Project consists of the construction of a 57,038 square-foot building to house the police department, including all associated site work. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract with the Construction Manager. 2. See Division 01 Section "Multiple Contract Summary" for a description of work included under each of the subcontracts and for the responsibilities of the Project Manager. The work includes two separate bid packages - Private work and Public Road work for site packages.
