Window Replacement Lorton Center

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to replace all the existing wood, and steel frame single pane windows. The Contractor will coordinate installation with the demolition contractor provided by FCPS. The Contractor shall: Provide tempered glass at locations indicated on the drawing or required by code. Provide insect screens at all operable hoppers. Obscure glass is to be used at all bathroom locations and above ceiling locations where indicated. The window color shall be white to match existing, per FCPS specification. Exterior window lintels and are to be painted white (to match). All exterior sills are to be cleaned and re grouted, with mortar pointed up. This work will occur outside of building use hours (6am-4pm), and the Contractor will coordinate with the demolition contractor to only remove the windows as they can be replaced every day/evening.
