Supply of Aggregate Asphalt Materials

Deadline for questions / clarifications July 14, 2022 Answers to questions released By July 18, 2022 at 5:00 pm PST The City of Redwood City (City) Public Works Services (PWS) Department requires the supply of aggregate asphalt materials. Materials shall be purchased on an as-needed basis. A full list of materials can be found on Attachment A. Bidders must be located within 10 miles of Redwood City. Bidders must be able to supply all materials outlined in Attachment A Bid Pricing Form. A. Term The term shall be for an initial one (1) year period from the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional, three (3) year terms after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City.
