Abraham Lincoln High School - Auditorium Improvements

Renovation of the existing Auditorium and Corridor Lobby at Abraham Lincoln High School, located at 1205 Bonham Street, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The project consists of approximately 8500 sq. ft. of renovations of the existing Auditorium (main floor, balcony, and stage). The project also includes 1200 sq. ft. of renovation of the existing Corridor Lobby, the entrance to the Auditorium. The renovation scope includes, but is not limited to the following: New paint, flooring, doors, ceilings, glass railings at the balcony, wood panel system, mechanical diffusers, concealed fire sprinkler heads, light fixtures, wood flooring refinishing at the stage, plaster repair (and paint) at the ceiling clouds, etc. Design includes engineering for Electrical and Technology design.
