Description

The City of Portland seeks to increase competition and diversify contracts awarded under PCC 5.68 for Professional, Technical and Expert Services. Beginning in the Fall of 2022, Portland Parks & Recreation will issue solicitations for several Professional Services discipline areas to support the ongoing needs of the Capital Improvement Program. Parks is intentional in their efforts to promote economic growth and equity through the introduction of contract opportunities. Firms owned by Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and Women are strongly encouraged to participate in this opportunity. The City Project Manager will be in attendance along with Procurement Services to provide an overview of the project requirements, listen to feedback, and respond to questions. Contact Theresa Green, Inclusive Contracting Manager at Theresa.Green@portlandoregon.gov. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
