Description

Scope: The Project includes to purchase and delivery of one (1) screen for its Conway WWTP. The Conway screen average daily flow design is 4 MGD but must be able to handle 2.5 flow peaking factor equaling 10 MGD. Max head loss at 25% binding factor for the Conway Screen is 8.5 inches. Providers shall verify max head loss. The screening channel measures 24 inches wide and 51 inches deep. The screen shall be installed in the existing channel, without significant modifications or using the bypass channel. The screen will be used as a primary screen and must be able to handle all screenings. Screen must be at least ASTM A380 passivated 304 SS with the price option of upgrading to ASTM A380 passivated 316 SS, if available.
