DeTrobriand Bay Marina Marina Improvements - Phase 1

G22-024 The North Dakota Parks & Recreation Department (ND Parks) is requesting bids for marina access and electrical work at DeTrobriand Bay Marina in Garrison, ND. No formal pre-bid meeting will be held, bidders are responsible for their own review of existing conditions. Phase 1 of the project includes installing a concrete path walkway to an abutment that will later be used for the top end of the gangway at DeTrobriand Bay Marina in Garrison, ND. This work includes removing a portion of the existing asphalt path and installing a concrete pathway, concrete pads, concrete stairs, a block landscape wall, new electrical supply, replacement dock anchors, and a steel sheet pile abutment. There will temporarily be concrete stairs on either side of the abutment to connect to the existing stairs. The RFP is issued by the Owner.
