| Description | Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to purchase and install a 1750 KW Generator with new wiring from the existing utility company transformer; provide a new Automatic Transfer Switch that functions with the new generator; connect to main breaker; all feeders shall be no longer than 100 feet. The new generator will provide backup power to accommodate the entire Bay County Government Building, including the existing HVAC system. The new generator shall be designed and installed to meet current local, state and national building codes. Contractors may submit an alternate bid for a smaller generator. However, contractor shall supply size and documentation for determination of size with bid. |
