Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund Project - County Road 730

For the construction of 0.161 miles bridge and approaches to replace Structure No. SA7000000000084 on County Road 730. This project is funded by Mississippi Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2018's Emergency Road & Bridge Repair Fund Project No. ERBR-LSBP-70(28) Questions regarding registration, online orders and/or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of qualified quantities. The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of the award. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder whose name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by the Engineer of Record. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
