This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation no. FA5000-23-Q-B001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). (iii) This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, effective 30 December 2022. All incorporated DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect through DPN 20230301, effective 1 March 2023. All incorporated AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect through AFAC 2022- 0701, effective 1 July 2022. (iv) This is a small business set-aside requirement under the North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code - 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $34 million and Product Service Code (PSC) Z1BG Maintenance Of Electronic And Communication Facilities. (v) The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for ALCOM VTC Maintenance. Please see Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement for a full description of the Government's requirement and Attachment 2, Price Schedule. The following table represents the proposed line items, quantities, and unit of measure. Under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1, the Contractor shall provide services in coordination with the appointed Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). (vii) All items shall be delivered FOB destination and the Period of Performance will be from 15 April 2023 to 14 April 2028.
