Alki Elementary Modernization and Replacement Project

Provide preconstruction and construction services for the Alki Elementary Modernization and Replacement project identified in the Building Excellence (BEX) V Capital Levy. The proposed project is located at 3010 59th Avenue SW, Seattle, WA 98116, on a 1.4-acre site. The project will build a new multi-story school addition of approximately 75,000 sq. ft, to the existing Gym/Community Center which will also be renovated to provide permanent space for up to 500 students, grades PreK-5. Students will be located off-site during the period of construction.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
