| Description | Professional environmental firm at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Allegheny County Airport (AGC). Specific responsibilities will include all aspects of sampling, analysis, data collection, data interpretation, technical report preparation, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, and inspecting of aircraft and airfield related deicing/anti-icing activities at the airports. Environmental firms will be required to provide the following including, but not limited to, a clear understanding of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) rules and regulations as they pertain to aircraft and airfield deicing activities, specifically as they apply to our airports. |
