Purchase and Placement of Modular Classrooms

Coweta Charter Academy is seeking a contractor or vendor that can provide a turnkey service for adding 4 portable/modular classrooms on campus. We kindly request your company to submit a quotation to provide and place/build four (4) portable/modular classrooms onsite at Coweta Charter Academy located at 6675 E. GA-16, Senoia, GA 30276. All four classrooms would be a combined ~4288 SF or 64x68 footprint. o Specifications in this document that refer to a specific product of one or more manufacturers designates only the quality of materials to be furnished and is not intended to restrict competitive bidding. o All portable classroom buildings shall be of the same appearance, same size, and same color (see attached drawing for reference). o Delivery, preparation, setup, and all related work relative to the installation of all portable classroom buildings would be completed as close to August 7, 2022, as possible. Any work being done during the school year will have to be coordinated with the school leadership. o Contractor shall be responsible for all permitting, including the occupancy permit, delivery to site, set up, tie downs, decking, ramp, vinyl, skirting and all other requirements indicated in the contract to achieve a turnkey project. o The four classroom buildings will be in an open field area behind the existing structures, see attached drawing and pictures. o Contractor shall include in the quoted price the cost of locating all underground obstructions, utility lines, etc. within the proposed building area. o Contractor shall skirt trailers with vinyl material. Skirting shall be installed after all applicable connections and inspections. o If applicable, axles, wheels, and trailer tongues shall be removed by the Contractor and securely stored under the trailers/modular buildings. o Contractor responsible for supplying and ensuring ADA compliance all steps/ramps to and from the modular classrooms. o Contractor responsible for all clean-up and removal of all debris from existing site resulting from the site preparation, installation of the portable/modular classroom buildings, stoops, stairs, ramps, rails, footings, skirting, and all other related work.
