The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB22-51 Skyline Drive Asphalt. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes,Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes The project consists of the following:Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade Skyline Drive. Work includes but is not limited to Roadbed widening, subgrade modification, embankment construction, drainage, ditching, clearing and paving.This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.Substantial Completion October 31, 2022. The subject line of the email should read, "Questions: ITB22-051 Skyline Drive Asphalt Rehabilitation". The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds said specifications and which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough. However, the requirements for timeliness and manual signatures shall not be waived.
