The apparent low bidder is recommended to get the award.* 2022 nuisance abatement demolition project In strict accordance with request for proposal specifications on file in the office of the finance department, located in city hall, # 1 municipal drive, jacksonville, arkansas, 72076. Any bidder may withdraw his bid, without obligation, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The withdrawal will not be effective unless made personally or by written notification received prior to close of bids. Bids will be referred to the city coucil for appropriate action. The city council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical errors or discrepancies if it best services the interest of the city of jacksonville, arkansas. Bidder further agrees to pay us liquidated damages, the sum of $250.00 for each consecutive day thereafter
