Description

It is the bidders responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the City of Englewood. If bids are to be submitted electronically in accord with this notice, then the bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail PRIOR to bid opening the original to the Municipal Clerks office 2-10 Van Brunt St Englewood, NJ. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check and cashiers check in accord with provisions within general requirements of this bid.
