39th Street Reservoir Pump Station Pump 2 Motor Replacement

The contract for this project shall provide for, but not be limited to, all equipment, materials, and workmanship required for the delivery, installation, and startup of a one (1) 460VAC 3-phase electric motor for 39th Street Reservoir Pump Station Pump 2 assembly. The existing pump 2 motor requires refurbishment or replacement to restore Pump 2 assembly to operation. The scope of work to be completed by the successful bidder shall be further defined by the following: 1) Provide for all workmanship, manufactured equipment, manufactured goods, and materials as required and as specified for complete refurbishment of the existing pump 2 electric motor. This line item work shall be completed by the Bidder as a lump sum “turn-key” project, including but not limited to removal, transportation, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, testing, rebuilding, installation, startup, and testing of the existing motor. 2) Provide for all workmanship, equipment, manufactured goods, and materials as required and as specified for replacement of existing pump #2 electric motor with new manufacture equivalent. This line item work shall be completed by the bidder as a lump sum “turn-key” project, including by not limited to providing a new manufacture replacement motor to the pump station, removal, transportation, disposal of the existing motor, and installation, startup, and testing of the new manufacture replacement motor.
