MDOT Warehouse Learning Center Electrical Upgrade

A onetime purchase order to perform an electrical upgrade at the mdot warehouse learning center located at 7575 crowner drive dimondale, mi 48821. The work will cover the addition of 36 plugs to the learning center. 34 of the plugs will need to be installed in the floor creating a level surface. See attached for plug specs. Two plugs will be in the wall. The floor is concrete and will need to be cut to fit the conduit and plug boxes. Cutting and repair of drywall, floor baseboard, floor carpeting and any wall damage when installing the conduit and wiring will be required. Adding to panel, subpanel addition will be included if necessary. This project work will need to be completed between November 21st 2022 - December 15th 2022. Contractor will be responsible for any permits and inspections required by code. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30 PM. All questions must be submitted in writing by Tuesday, October 4, 2022 @ 4:00 PM. All vendors must attend the site visit to submit a proposal. Any proposal received by a vendor that did not attend the site visit, the proposal will be disqualified. Bidder questions about this RFP must be emailed teleszr1@michigan.gov to the Solicitation Manager no later than the time and date specified on the Cover Page. In the interest of transparency, only written questions are accepted. Answers to questions will be posted on www.michigan.gov/SIGMAVSS. Submit questions using the format below; a Microsoft Excel format or similar is suggested. The State reserves the right to issue a Clarification Request to a bidder to clarify its proposal if the State determines the proposal is not clear. Failure to respond to a Clarification Request timely may be cause for disqualification.
