Storm Diverter Replacement

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to suction standing water and replace seized 6” storm diverter 316SS class 150 valve. Optional bid item: to install electrical sump pump system (currently there is not a system installed), to allow for automatic and manual mode for removal of standing water after rain or washing events to prevent future diverter valve and motor submersion. The diverter valve, Unistrut Power Mound Supply is located an estimated 60’ +/- (direct path), which is also the proposed location for the sump pump wiring to connect to a breaker. Contractors shall understand that this measurement is estimated and shall be verified for adequate bid proposals by the contractors and shall verify availability of existing power source to connect sump pump system.
