Concrete Maintenance and Construction (South Area)

Work Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, and Equipment for the Maintenance and Construction of Sidewalk, Curb, Curb and Gutter, Driveways, Roadway, Minor Storm Sewer, and Ancillary Items in South Area., One (1) of Three (3) Designated Areas in the City of Jacksonville . All Bidders Must Be on the Approved Pre-qualified Bidder S List Under the Horizontal Category Prior to Bid Opening. Bidder S Firm Must Be Actively Licensed by the State of Florida to Perform the Scope of Services Defined Herein. Pre-bid Conference: NA Location : Work sites for this project will be located within the limits of The City of Jacksonville as shown on the Project Location Map on the following page. Work may take place on any street, highway, on City property, or on private property with an approved easement. The South Area includes all of the City south and east of the St. Johns River and extending south to the to the St. Johns County Line. It is the intent of these Contract Documents to provide a continuing contract between the City of Jacksonville and a qualified Contractor during fiscal year 2023 (October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023) for the maintenance and construction of sidewalks and other concrete structure resulting in a safe and complete sidewalk system and positive drainage within the City limits.
