Description

Demolition in its entirety of abandoned building structure above grade only, pump and pump shaft, and all water pumping station equipment above grade only, including motor, controls and monitoring equipment. Demolition of the approximately 300 square foot above-grade portion of the pump station building includes reinforced concrete roof and brick masonry walls. A hazardous materials survey of the building and its equipment was conducted as part of the design. Some hazardous materials (paint containing lead and PCBs, small amounts of asbestos and PCBs within equipment) will require removal and proper disposal.
