Description

The Contractor shall demolish the existing house and out-buildings located at 14610 Baron Drive, Eastvale, CA, legally dispose of all demolished materials, abandon the existing septic system and rough grade site for Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA), Riverside County, California furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and methods, necessary to complete said project, in order to provide WRCRWA a complete demolition project, all in accordance with Special Conditions, Specifications and Drawings, and as set forth in the Bidding Sheet herein under the Bid Schedule.
