Chiller Replacement for Jack Stephens Center

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, ln accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide bids for the replacement of a 300-ton Chiller for the Jack Stephens Center at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This project includes a new 300-ton Chiller replacement for Jack Stephens Center at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, but only if it is the opinion of the authority vested to award contracts that the best interests of the Owner are served thereby. Contractors submitting bids will be notified in writing of selection within 10 calendar days after the designated closing time for the receipt of bids. University of Arkansas at Little Rock reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with Section 00 2000. The University of Arkansas at Little Rock reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any formalities.
