RFQ Construction Manager / General Contractor - New City Hall Tenant Improvements

The City of Milwaukie ("City") is seeking the services of a qualified construction manager / general contractor ("CM/GC") with demonstrated experience in the creative re-purposing of spaces and materials (i.e., the tenant improvements) that are specific to civic and government offices, public-facing front counter operations, council and municipal court chambers, and publicly accessible community spaces. The City is seeking a contractor to serve during the final stages of design (including alternate pricing and selection) and throughout construction of the tenant improvements to Milwaukie's New City Hall ("Project"). Specifically, the CM/GC will provide consulting services on alternate selection, subcontractor bidding, and management oversight during construction of the tenant improvements. The CM/GC will work with the City's contracted design firm and the low voltage contractor during pre-construction and construction to ensure best value within the City's time and budget constraints.
