Florida Antelope 21/22 Timber Sale

Approximately 279 acres of seed orchard and forest stands on Blackwater River State Forest in Santa Rosa County, Florida (SFI Certified Forest #NSF-SFI-FM-C0245755). Timber to be removed from the orchard areas includes trees marked with blue paint. Trees marked with orange paint or unmarked timber is not to be harvested or damaged. Timber to be removed from the forest stands includes all unmarked timber. Timber marked with yellow or orange paint is not to be harvested or damaged. Estimated volumes for the sale are as follows: 3,176 tons of pine pulpwood, 1,077 tons of pine chip-n-saw, 1,862 tons of pine sawtimber, and 596 tons of hardwood pulpwood. All available timber in the grafted slash and loblolly orchards are specified as pulpwood, regardless of size. Sale area boundaries are marked with double dots of orange paint or defined by fences or obvious timber type changes.
