Repairs and Maintenance at Deltona Water

Drywall Repairs: 1. Work to be performed on interior of offices (I) one located on first floor office and (4) four windows up stairs on second floor offices. Owner to show locations. 2. Provide and install floor protection and dispose of the debris caused by repairs. 3. Remove water damaged drywall at window header, sides and drywall windows sills. 4. Once drywall is removed investigate to see if there is any live mold present or rotted wood/metal if so, notify owner immediately. 5. If all is good install new 1/2" drywall to existing openings as needed and to finish ready for texture. 6. Apply drywall texture to match as close as possible ready for paint. Exterior Door and Window Kits: 1. Remove exterior door and dispose, retain window glass for reinstall. Save closure and door lockset to reinstall new door. 2. Provide and install one new exterior steel door and frame at second floor entrance of metal building. 3. Door to have same size window kit and reinstall existing glass from old door window kits 4. Provide and install three (3) new window kits in three (3) existing doors reinstall existing glass on first floor. Paint: 1. Provide and apply two (2) Coats of primer/finish paint Sherwin Williams water-based paint to new repairs and may need to paint from wall to wall on the affected wall. Paint to match existing as close as possible. 2. Provide and apply two (2) coats of Sherwin Williams DTM paint to new exterior door. 3. Provide and apply two (2) coats of Sherwin Williams DTM paint to new exterior door window frames.
